Sephora 2017 Birthday Gift: TARTE blush and lip paint set

Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush & Tarteist Creamy Matte Lip Paint

With a name like "PAAARTY" you'd expect something exciting, right? WRONG. This blush looks a lot more pink on the box and on Sephora's website than it does in person; it's a very plain/bland color. It's barely blush. Like, seriously- ok, I have super white skin so this might give me a slight glow but it's worthless for the other 90% of society. WTF Tarte?! 

The matte lip paint is called "Birthday Suit" and it really lacks luster, like nude Caucasian skin... ok then.
