Jordana makeup sale at Walgreens today: I got these eyeliner pencils for $1.89 each, and I love them!

These eyeliners are *AMAZING*!! I swatched them on my hand, they go on so smooth and creamy.
Then rubbed my finger across them to see how much they would smudge = NO SMUDGE!!
I am seriously in love with this eyeliner :-)
The swatches even survived somewhat through my shower! this eyeliner is serious business:

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE WATERLINE?!
ok, so I wore the black Jordana on my lower waterline and this is how it looked after 4 hours-
Disappointing!!! I don't understand how it failed :-(
